Shipping / Postage and Packing?

- Postage to U.K.
UK Standard Delivery will normally be 7 to 10 working days - after confirmed receipt of your order. We would advise all our customers to allow a up to 10 working days for receipt of goods - after order confirmation - to avoid disappointment.
- Postage to Overseas
Overseas Delivery normally 10 to 20 working days - it is essential that you allow this period of time for receipt of your goods. In all cases we aim to contact you by email to confirm receipt of your order - this is an automatic response and it is therefore, essential that your email address is input correctly at point of order.

Overseas Delivery
NB: Should we be unable to meet our agreed delivery date - we will contact you 24 hours before to agree an alternative. Should this be unacceptable to you, you can cancel your order without any charge or further obligation.

Delivery Methods
Our normal delivery method will be via Post Office Services first-class. In the case of larger parcels the method used is Parcel-force.
Please note, that all goods sold and purchased via Covenant Books (Preston) are done so, strictly under UK law. The title of goods remains strictly owned by Covenant Books (Preston) until such time that goods have been fully paid for by the purchaser.
Our prices are inclusive and they are only subject to the addition of post & packing charges - where applicable.
Prices are said be correct at the point of publication - but will be subject to future changes or if necessary amendments.
We aim to fulfil order requests received the point of price publication if we have stock of that product. Any changes to prices will be published at the point where they are effect from.

Stock Availability
On an occasion when we are unable to fulfil your order request due to lack of available stock, mainly as a result of high demands, it is our company policy to try and source you an alternative product. Should we be in a position where this is necessary we will normally notify you first - before any product is dispatched or payment made, to gain agreement that this is an acceptable option to you. If you do not want an alternative sending then your order is cancelled without any charge or further obligation. Should we be unable to contact you prior to dispatch of an alternative product – you will be given the option to return the item, if it is found to be an unsuitable option, for either replacement or full refund inclusive of return postage charges, using standard postal services.
